Develop lesson plans, modules, and instructional materials aligned with curriculum standards.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and teachers to define learning objectives and ensure content accuracy.
Create assessments, quizzes and evaluation tools to measure student learning.
Review, revise and update existing curriculum materials based on feedback, performance data, and new educational insights.
Ensure lessons are engaging, inclusive, and cater to diverse learning styles.
Integrate educational technology, multimedia, digital tools (e-learning platforms, LMS etc.) where applicable.
Pilot new lesson plans / curricula; monitor their implementation and collect feedback.
Provide training / support for teachers or educators for effective implementation of lesson plans.
Maintain documentation of lesson plans, sources, revisions and any pedagogical references.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Education / Instructional Design / Curriculum Development or related field.
Experience (2-5 years) in designing lesson plans or curriculum materials, ideally for similar grade levels or subjects.
Strong understanding of pedagogy, learning theories and assessment methods.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
Good organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines.
