Role Description



We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Lending Centre of Excellence team. This team plays a critical role in supporting APAC lending business and is held to the highest standards of accuracy, timeliness and quality. Fulfill lending requests with precision, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. Collaborate with onshore and offshore stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow and issue resolution Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency Work closely with RC and APAC stakeholders to achieve the Lombard key KPIs Originate and manage Lombard lending credit requests to address specific client needs. Enhance 1 LOD governance and monitor the LOM portfolio for proactive risk management. Perform gap analysis & implement regulatory changes Work with AGILE teams to support the business in the rollout of new strategic & business initiatives.

Your key responsibilities



The Lending COE's objective is to process Lombard credit requests and renewal timely, end to end. Responsible for the processing of Lombard credit requests and renewals within required timeline. The tasks that fall into the remit of this resource are: + Initiate credit approval request.
+ Initiate facility activation/amendment request.
+ Perform risk renewals on a timely basis.
+ Perform data remediation to ensure regulatory compliance as required.
+ Participate in UAT and other project-related topics as required.

Your skills and experience



Possesses good understanding of credit process, policies, and related legal/ regulatory requirements Ability to work under pressure and deadlines. Have an open mindset and respects challenging views from different stakeholders Team oriented, flexible, diligent, self-motivated
