Act as single point of contact for customer loan requirements
Provide end-to-end support from inquiry to disbursement

3. Lead Generation and Business Development
Generate leads through referrals, existing customers and market networking
Identify potential borrowers and business opportunities
Expand customer base within assigned area
4. Loan Advisory and Product Suitability
Understand customer financial profile and requirements
Explain loan features, interest rates, EMI structure and charges clearly
Recommend the most suitable loan product and lender
Maintain ethical and transparent sales practices
5. Documentation and Eligibility Verification
Collect and verify complete KYC, income and property documents
Ensure compliance with lender, DSA and regulatory norms
Avoid incorrect, fake or manipulated documentation
6. Follow Ups and Case Management
Track applications from login to approval and disbursement
Follow up for pending documents and verifications
Coordinate with operations, credit and lender teams
7. Field Activity and Market Coverage
Conduct customer meetings and field visits as required
Identify high potential locations and customer segments
Maintain market visibility and professional presence
8. Reporting and MIS
Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline data
Submit daily and monthly MIS and sales reports
Track conversions, approvals and disbursements
9. Compliance and Brand Representation
Follow RBI, bank and DSA compliance guidelines
Avoid mis-selling or false commitments
