The primary responsibility of this position will be to promote and sell travel packages to potential clients. You will play a vital role in crafting memorable travel experiences for customers by comprehensively understanding their needs, offering expert advice, and coordinating all travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell a diverse range of travel packages, encompassing tours, cruises, and vacation arrangements. Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients to comprehend their travel preferences and requirements. Employ effective sales strategies to achieve or surpass sales objectives. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Remain informed about travel destinations, trends, and industry advancements to provide valuable insights to clients. Stay updated on the company's travel offerings, pricing structures, and promotional activities. Possess an in-depth understanding of various travel destinations, accommodations, and activities in order to furnish accurate information and recommendations to clients. Manage booking processes that include flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services. Prepare and maintain precise records of client interactions, transactions, and bookings. Ensure that all necessary travel documents--such as itineraries and tickets--are provided to clients. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, hotels, airlines, and other partners in order to negotiate favourable terms and secure exclusive deals for clients.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism or related field (preferred). 3-5+ years of experience in selling International Tour Packages. More experience would be considered for AM/Manager positions. Familiarity with Destinations, Routes, fare rules, taxes, and airline regulations. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
CTC : At par with industry standards.

Candidates with International Tour package experience from Travel Industry are preferred.

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
