Job Description

Onboard new customers during their initial engagement period and ensure a smooth transition.

Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotations and manage bookings for travel packages, tickets, hotels, and vehicles.

Assess customer requirements and assist in creating customized travel packages under supervision.

Handle group bookings efficiently, ensuring all members' needs are addressed.

Prepare and share booking confirmations, itineraries, and travel documentation with customers.

Reverify all bookings and details to ensure accuracy before confirmation.

Provide post-trip support, including clarifications and assistance with travel claims.

Coordinate escort services for customers if required.

Share billing information with the Accounts team and follow up on related documentation.

Provide proactive updates to customers regarding travel status, changes, or emergencies.

Support and guide trainees in the operations team as needed.

Manage leaves and permissions responsibly to ensure continuous customer service coverage.

Ask customers about the purpose of travel, with emphasis on understanding life purpose for better personalization of packages.

Ability to handle group travel efficiently.

Strong attention to detail; ability to reverify all travel arrangements.

Basic knowledge of travel operations including ticketing, hotel bookings, and itineraries.

Proficiency in Maths and English (80% and above in 10th & 12th) for accuracy and communication.

Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.

Ability to work in a team, multitask, and handle operational challenges effectively.

Willingness to learn and adapt to company processes and customer service standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in travel operations, ticketing, or customer service. Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in the travel industry are encouraged to apply.
More than 80% score in maths in 12th grade

Preferred experience in insurance sales.

Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking tools.
