Key Responsibilities:



Conduct

background verification

for new employees Verify

address, identity, criminal records, and previous employment

Visit local police stations / authorities when required Collect field-level intelligence about potential hires Submit verification reports with findings and recommendations Maintain records and documentation for audit & compliance Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all verification processes Coordinate with HR team for onboarding approvals

Required Skills & Profile:



Retired

SI / SSI / Inspector / Sub-Inspector

from Police Department Strong knowledge of

local legal procedures & verification system

Good field network and ability to gather reliable information High integrity and confidentiality handling Basic documentation & reporting skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:



Retired from

Police (Mandatory)

Age: Preferably below 65 years Experience in verification, law & order, or investigation roles Two-wheeler travel preferred for field checks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,218.40 - ?25,261.02 per month
