Role Summary:
Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents, ensuring statutory and healthcare compliance, and providing legal support across healthcare, research, and regulatory operations.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
Exposure or specialization in Medical Law / Healthcare Law preferred.
Experience & Knowledge:
1-2 years' experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing legal agreements and MoUs.
Knowledge of healthcare compliance, medical negligence, fraud, informed consent, bioethics, IPR, Data Privacy & Protection, and confidentiality related to pharmaceutical research and advanced healthcare technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements.
Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
Provide legal guidance to internal stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate legal risks.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain legal documentation and records.
Monitor contractual obligations and timelines.
Support dispute resolution when required.
