Primary Accountabilities \xef\x82\xb7 End-to-end contract management of complex agreements. \xef\x82\xb7 Drafting contract playbooks and updating them from time-to-time \xef\x82\xb7 Conducting legal research and drafting legal knowledge management documents \xef\x82\xb7 Legal support to internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) and external stakeholders. \xef\x82\xb7 Such other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
