We are seeking a dynamic individual with a strong foundation in
real estate legal work
and a proactive approach to
pre-sales and client communication
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in real estate documentation, RERA compliance, and agreements, along with excellent communication skills to handle client interactions and assist in the pre-sales process.
Key Responsibilities:Legal:
Draft, review, and vet real estate documents such as:
Development Agreements, Power of Attorney (POA), Sale Deeds, Affidavits, and MOUs
Ensure compliance with
RERA
, local municipal laws, and other real estate regulations
Coordinate with legal advisors, architects, and consultants for project documentation
Manage registration processes and maintain organized legal records
Handle due diligence, title verification, and related correspondence
Pre-Sales:
Engage with potential clients via
phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings
Present and explain project details, pricing, and benefits effectively
Maintain and update client databases and follow-up schedules
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead nurturing and conversions
Support in preparing brochures, presentations, and sales materials
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years in real estate legal work; exposure to pre-sales preferred
Technical Skills:
Proficient in
Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Working knowledge of
Tally
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Client-friendly attitude and confident presentation skills
