Career Launcher Ghaziabad is seeking a highly accomplished and passionate

Legal Reasoning Faculty

for our Law Entrance preparation programs (CLAT, AILET, CUET-Law, etc.). The ideal candidate must be a graduate from a

National Law University (NLU)

and should possess strong academic grounding along with excellent teaching and mentoring skills.

The faculty member will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom sessions, developing academic content, mentoring students, and ensuring outstanding learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Teach

Legal Reasoning / Legal Aptitude

for CLAT, AILET, CUET-Law and other law entrance examinations. Simplify complex legal concepts, principles, and case laws into student-friendly explanations. Design and deliver engaging classroom sessions (offline and/or online). Develop, review, and update study material, practice exercises, mock tests, and assignments. Mentor and guide students on exam strategy, time management, and question selection. Track student performance and provide academic feedback and improvement plans. Participate in academic planning, doubt-clearing sessions, workshops, and seminars. Maintain high academic discipline and teaching standards as per Career Launcher benchmarks.

Eligibility Criteria

Mandatory:

Graduate / Postgraduate from a

National Law University (NLU)

. Strong command over: Legal Reasoning Legal Principles Case-based and passage-based questions CLAT & AILET exam pattern Prior teaching experience in law entrance coaching will be

highly preferred

. Fresh NLU graduates with strong aptitude and communication skills may also apply.
