Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and

appear.

? Drafting u/s 13(2) notice of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of

Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

? Drafting Summary Suit Under Order XXXVII of the Code of Civil Procedure,

1908 and appeared before the City Civil Court.

? Appear and Defend before the National Company Law

Tribunal u/s 94 & 95 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

? Draft Application u/s 7, 8 & 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code,

2016.

? Draft Consumer complaints under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

? Appear before District Forum and State Commission and defended

various E-commerce Companies, Financial Institutions and Banks.

? Draft and appeared before various District Court in Execution

Application under Order 21 of Code of Civil Procedure.

? Draft Return of Property Application u/s 457 of the Criminal Procedure
