We are looking for a Legal Operations Officer who can support daily legal activities, manage coordination between clients and our in-house legal team, and ensure smooth workflow across all legal matters. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to travel with senior leadership when needed.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day updates on all ongoing legal cases and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with in-house lawyers to track case status, documentation, filings, and next steps.
Engage with clients regularly to share updates, clarify details, and collect required information.
Maintain clear and timely communication with clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
Prepare, update, and maintain MIS reports for all legal matters and correspondence.
Draft, review, and respond to emails professionally on behalf of the legal team.
Follow up with courts, government departments, and external agencies whenever required.
Assist in preparing legal briefs, summaries, and case notes for internal use.
Keep track of deadlines, hearing dates, compliance requirements, and document submissions.
Coordinate travel schedules, meetings, and on-ground support for Senior Partner and Managing Partner.
Ensure all legal documents are stored, organised, and easily retrievable.
Support in client onboarding by collecting legal case details, documents, and agreements.
Handle basic administrative tasks related to legal operations and internal workflow.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure sensitive information is handled responsibly.
Provide logistical coordination for court visits, client meetings, and external legal activities.
Candidate Requirements
Strong knowledge of legal processes, documentation, and case life-cycle.
Excellent communication skills with strong command of English.
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage timelines under pressure.
Good relationship-building skills with clients and legal teams.
Willingness to travel anywhere as required by senior leadership.
Proficient in email, MS Office, and basic reporting.
