Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesLegal Case Support & Coordination
Assist in
daily updates of ongoing legal cases
.
Coordinate with
in-house lawyers for documents, case status, filings, and next steps
.
Follow up with
courts, government offices, police stations, and external agencies
when required.
Client Communication
Communicate with
clients for updates, document collection, and case details
.
Share
regular case progress updates via calls, emails, and meetings
.
Assist in
client onboarding and document verification
.
Documentation & MIS
Prepare and maintain
case records, files, and legal documentation
.
Update
MIS reports and internal tracking sheets
.
Maintain
proper storage and retrieval of legal documents
.
Email & Office Communication
Draft, review, and reply to
professional emails on behalf of the legal team
.
Handle
official correspondence and coordination messages
.
Senior Partner & Travel Support
Coordinate
court dates, meetings, and schedules
.
Provide
on-ground support during court visits and client meetings
.
Administrative Support
Assist in
day-to-day legal office administration
.
Ensure
confidentiality of client and case-related information
at all times.
Candidate Requirements
Must have
basic experience or prior internship exposure in legal work
.
Good understanding of
legal documentation and case procedures
.
Strong
communication skills in English
.
Ability to
handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
.
Good
client handling and coordination skills
.
Willingness to
travel when required
.
Working knowledge of
Email, MS Word, Excel, and basic reporting
