Land & Property Documentation
Review and verify
title deeds

Draft, vet, and finalize

lease agreements

Ensure title clearance and proper documentation before property acquisition or project launch.
Legal Due Diligence & Regulatory Compliance
Conduct legal due diligence for
land acquisitions

development partnerships

Ensure statutory compliance with
RERA

CMDA/DTCP norms
, and other applicable real estate laws and rules.
Support in obtaining project approvals, land conversions, and compliance certifications.
Registrations & Government Liaisoning
Coordinate with Sub-Registrar Offices and Revenue Departments for
property registration

Liaise with government authorities for obtaining
layout approvals

building permissions

Customer & Sales Legal Support
Provide legal support to the sales team regarding

Dispute Resolution & Litigation

Documentation & Reporting

Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) - Mandatory; Master's degree (LLM) preferred
Minimum
4-8 years of experience
in real estate, construction, or infrastructure legal roles
Strong knowledge of
Tamil Nadu land laws
, real estate regulations, and registration processes
Proficiency in
legal drafting

Good communication skills in
English and Tamil
Ability to liaise effectively with clients, advocates, government officials, and internal teams
