Duties & Responsibilities -
Provide legal support and advice to upper management on relevant legal issues
Ensure compliance with the internal controls, statutory regulations and other formalities
Draft legal documents such as contracts, statements, agreements etc.
Handle litigation
Keeping up with current changes on all relevant areas of laws and contributing to the enhancement of the knowledge base of the company's legal function
Managing organization's legal matters.
Review and provide legal advice on mous, Contracts, and tender documents.
Review ongoing cases and advice management accordingly.
Provide and interpret legal information
Draft, revise, improve, and negotiate commercial contracts such as Service agreement, mou, NDA, loi, Agreement of Sale, Lease Deed, Declaration Cum Confirmations, etc.
Should have analytical skills with attention to detail.
Drafting and Vetting of Agreement (Rent Agreement, Lease Deed, Consignee Agreement), Special Power of Attorney, General Power of Attorney.
Must have a decent knowledge of Gujarati language
