Roles and Responsibilities:



Provide legal advice and guidance to management and staff on various legal matters. Review contracts, agreements, and legal documents and draft communication letters for running projects. Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations. Represent the organization in legal proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters. Conduct legal research and analysis to stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the organization. Manage relationships with external legal counsel and consultants. Serve as a liaison between the organization and government agencies, regulatory bodies, and legal authorities. Provide training and guidance to staff on legal and compliance-related matters.

Required Candidate Profile:



Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field. Proven experience working in a legal or compliance role, preferably in a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and legal principles relevant to work contracts, CVC guidelines on tenders. Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with client and govt departments. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
