Desired Experience:

The candidate should have good experience in litigation and drafting. Candidates should have excellent knowledge of contract law, drafting, CPC, criminal laws, and handling civil suits. He should have excellent communication skills with proficiency in English. Candidate need to have knowledge of RERA Act. Provide legal advice and support to various departments within the company on real estate transactions, compliance, and risk management. Provide legal advice on property acquisitions, leases, sales, and development projects. Oversee due diligence processes for property acquisitions and development projects. Manage and resolve legal disputes, litigation, and arbitration.
