Location: Hyderabad Qualification & Experience - Qualification & Experience - B.A. LL.B. with approximately 1-3 years of experience. Should have preferably worked with a law firm and handled the below work profile. Key Attributes and Work Exposure: A consulting company which is into Managed services providing Compliance, Legal, Accounting, Tax, and Payroll services to corporates is looking for a candidate with Legal background with excellent communication and presentation skills. The role broadly encompasses: A. PURPOSE AND SCOPE: To assist, develop and execute work in corporate legal and transaction advisory. It is a client facing business function. B. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Experience in drafting, reviewing, and advising on commercial contracts. 2. Conducting legal due diligence for companies. 3. Experience in Transaction advisory. 4. Advising start-ups in venture capital transactions and assisting them with all the documentation for fund raising and working on the closure of transaction. 5. Understanding the legal requirements of the client and putting up the proposal specific to their ask. 6. Drafting and negotiating transaction documents such as share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, share subscription agreements, investment agreements, and other ancillary documents as a part of the Investment deal. • L.L.B/ L.L.M.
• Preferred Qualification: Company Secretary (CS) Qualified/ Semi Qualified with L.L.B/ L.L.M.
• Work Experience: 1 - 3 years.
