About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Legal Manager

to join our dynamic team in Noida (Sector 90). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

real estate law

, compliance, and contract management, with a proven ability to handle legal affairs for property development, transactions, and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all legal matters related to the company's real estate projects and operations. Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including

sale deeds, lease agreements, joint development agreements (JDA), MoUs, and vendor contracts

. Provide legal support in

land acquisition, due diligence, title verification, and property documentation

. Ensure compliance with

RERA, local municipal laws, and other real estate regulations

. Liaise with external legal counsels, government authorities, and regulatory bodies. Handle litigation and dispute resolution, including coordinating with external advocates. Advise management on legal risks and strategies to mitigate potential issues. Maintain updated records of contracts, legal documents, and compliance filings. Support in corporate secretarial functions, statutory compliance, and internal legal audits.

Desired Candidate Profile:

LLB / LLM

from a recognized university.

7-10 years of post-qualification experience

in handling legal matters, preferably within

real estate or infrastructure sectors

. Strong knowledge of

property laws, land acquisition, RERA, and contract law

. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High integrity, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving approach.
