Handle legal matters related to NCL (National Company Law), DLT, Real Estate (RE), and Registration Acts (RA).
Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, MOUs, deeds, and legal notices.
Manage corporate legal compliance, filings, and documentation.
Coordinate with external advocates, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Represent the company before courts, tribunals, and government bodies as required.
Conduct legal due diligence, title verification, and risk assessment.
Advise management on legal risks, regulatory changes, and compliance matters.
Maintain and update legal records, case trackers, and statutory registers.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of NCLT procedures, DLT compliance, real estate laws, and registration processes.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills.
Ability to manage litigation and compliance independently.
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Preferred Attributes:
