Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide legal opinions and strategic advice on a wide range of legal issues affecting the organization.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents with a high level of precision and excellence.
Conduct legal research to ensure up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations.
Manage disputes, resolve conflicts, and minimize legal risks for the organization.
Guide and mentor junior legal team members, ensuring high professional standards.
Requirements:
Sound knowledge of Civil and Criminal law.
Proven track record in handling cases in high courts.
Expertise in customs clearance processes and regulations.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective liaison with government officials and authorities.
Exceptional drafting skills with attention to detail and clarity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
