Your responsibilities will primarily involve handling property documentation, leases, and registrations and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory aspects of land and properties. Additionally, you will be expected to provide legal expertise in contract matters. In this role, proficiency in both Gujarati and English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication and documentation. Job Duties:
- Manage and maintain all legal documentation, leases, and registrations for our properties.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to land and properties.
- Provide legal expertise in property-related matters.
- Handle any legal aspects of contracts when required.
- Communicate effectively in both Gujarati and English, both written and verbal, for documentation and communication purposes.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to provide legal guidance and support as needed.
