Manage and oversee all legal aspects of real estate transactions including land acquisition, project development, leasing, and sales.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including sale deeds, lease agreements, development agreements, MoUs, POAs, and NDAs.
Conduct due diligence on property titles, ownership records, encumbrances, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Coordinate with external legal counsel, regulatory authorities, and government bodies for registrations, litigations, and approvals.
Ensure compliance with RERA, local municipal laws, stamp duty, and registration laws.
Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks, dispute resolution, and compliance matters affecting business operations.
Handle litigation and arbitration matters relating to property disputes, land issues, and regulatory challenges.
Monitor changes in real estate and corporate law, providing proactive guidance on legal updates.
Maintain proper legal documentation and records for audit and regulatory purposes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LL. B); Master's degree (LL.M) is a plus.
Member of Bar Council with valid license to practice.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in real estate legal functions.
