Job Description
Position/ Legal Manager Job Responsibilities Commercial Contracts, Company Secretary, Litigation, Legal Compliance, Legal writing, data protection, reporting & MIS, Legal Projects, CSR Legal - Drafting, reviewing, negotiation and finalization of all types of procurement contracts (IT & Non-IT) such as Non and customer contracts such as Intercompany agreements, Statement of Works, etc. Advising stakeholders on various Legal issues. Good knowledge of Indian laws. Working on improvisation of processes, templates, checklists, etc. Work closely with other team members on corporate Legal initiatives and ability to drive them Excellent communication & interpersonal skills mandatory Knowledge of Data Protection Laws, experience in handling litigation, knowledge of Legal and Statutory compliances. Company Secretary - Conducting board meetings, preparing board resolutions, maintaining Minutes, records, working on corporate initiatives such as Merger, Due Diligence, CSR, company formation Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 91,000,000.00 - 92,311,834.22 per year Benefits:
