Key Responsibilities
Manage legal documentation, contracts, and corporate agreements.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations.
Provide internal legal advice on HR, administrative, and vendor matters.
Liaise with external legal consultants for case-specific support.
Monitor and ensure adherence to labor, corporate, and commercial laws.
Maintain legal records and ensure timely renewals/compliances.
Review and mitigate legal risks in business operations.
Candidate Requirements
Must hold an
LLB degree
from a recognized institution.
5 to 15 years
of relevant legal experience in a corporate/non-litigation role.
Strong understanding of
Indian legal system
, labor laws, and contract management.
Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
Willing to
travel
to different locations as required.
