Key Skills- Experience in contract/commercial law, Drafting, Litigation
Roles & Responsibilities- Drafting, vetting, reviewing, negotiating agreements, amendments, other legal documents including agreements for HR, procurement, relating to engineering, telecom, IT sector, lease agreements and other agreements with a good understanding of risks. Working in close co-ordination with legal, technical, HR, Admin, Finance, Procurement and other departments, external Legal Counsels. To examine and summarize customer MSA, NDA, MOU, End User Licensing Agreement, Subcontractor/Vendor Agreement, RFP etc. at the global level. Be conversant with GDPR, global data privacy laws and regulations. Full Time / Part Time- Full Time
