Advising stakeholders on legal matters including corporate and commercial laws, legal metrology, contracts, product liability, data privacy, labour and employment and customer and third party claims. Handling legal matters including drafting and validating legal notice and replies, power of attorneys, affidavits. Protecting Company\'s reputation and business interests whilst ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Assisting in industry association related work. Maintaining digital data base. Updating stakeholders on legal developments, new laws, judicial precedents, regulatory requirements and compliance issues Assisting in knowledge management. Educational Qualification: Graduate from an accredited law school Experience: 5 - 8 years\' experience, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal team of a large company / MNC FMCG sector experience preferred Skills: In-depth knowledge of laws relating to FMCG sector, commercial, consumer and civil laws. Expertise in drafting and aptitude for practical negotiation. Ability to solve problems through understanding of business context Good analytical skills, commercial acumen and time sensitive Team player having a strong desire to learn. Ability to effectively communicate and interface with internal stakeholders across levels. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent written and spoken communication skills as this position requires interaction with governmental authorities and industry associations.
