Job description
Roles and Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 REAL ESTATE / NBFC Draft and review contracts, agreement including Development Agreememt (DA), Permanent Alternate Accomodation Agreement (PAAA), Sale Agreement, Sale Deed, LOI, Leave & License Agreement, Lease Deed, Conveyance deed, consent letters, MOU, Allotment letters. Power of Attorney, Indemnity etc. Experience in due diligence of land, investigation , Experience in drafting and vetting of Agreements, Deeds, MOUs etc. Registration of projects under the provisions of RERA, across India. Investigation and extraction of Title reports, summaries, and commitments, as required, Due diligence for acquisition of properties, etc. Maintain and review legal documents, identify Legal issues and suggest timely solutions for efficient project closure. To ensure all legal obligations and terms are captured to protect the company\\\'s interest and mitigate any risk which may arise from the same. To assist in all litigation cases. Initiate & conduct legal investigation / research, drafting, briefing counsels, represent the Company. Overseeing the litigation and recovery function, guiding the team to ensure complete ownership of legal function of the company. To attend society meetings and provide legal inputs therein. Tackle legal issues relating to co-operative societies Experience in drafting and vetting notices, letters, Plaints, Petitions etc. Extensive knowledge and experience in handling matters relating to co-operative societies and in Real estate matters. Prior experience in NBFC, drafting and vetting Sanction letter, Loan Agreements, Monitoring of Legal Matters and taking appropriate actions on time. Providing Legal opinion on Legal issues.
