Job Description


Key Skills legal management, Criminal, Non Litigation, Vetting, Agreement, bank gaurantee, Notice Qualification: LLB Vetting, drafting and finalizing Loan documents, agreements, Bank Guarantees, notices, replies, plaints, Suits, Claims, affidavit, Criminal Complaints, FIR\'s, legal procedures etc. Advising the management on various agreements, legal disputes, legal policies, procedures and other legal relationships entered into by the Company. Liaison with the lawyers of the Company on legal issues and accordingly advising the management on them. Coordinating with Group legal and other depts of Group on various monthly reportings and progress on litigations. This also includes advising Group legal on certain local laws and procedures. End to end management of litigations. Coordinating with lawyers, valuers and various revenue authorities for valuation and title clearance of properties / ascertaining stamp duty. Coordinating & managing lawyers, valuers & various other authorities with respect to creation of various types of mortgage of immovable properties across India Recoveries of out standings from delinquent borrowers by using various measures such as negotiations, Court cases etc. Handling and scrutiny of clients\' entire documentation process starting from the execution of relevant sets of documents. Prepare all types of standard agreements such as Service Provider agreements / Non-Disclosure agreement / Agreements with banks / Recruitment agencies. Assisting Debt-Management in issuing 138 NI Act notices / Settlement letters / Counter offer letters. Assisting HR Department in preparing and finalizing agreements pertaining to Gratuity / Payroll / Handling real estate requirements such as Leave and License agreements. Assisting Court Receiver in executing Symbolic possession. Attending Committee Of Creditors (COC) meeting on behalf of the company. Handling warrants and notices issued by Police Dept and ensuring appropriate action for the safety of colleagues and peers in such adverse situations and protecting the interests of the company at the same time. Responsible to report an incident, through the agreed process, whenever an operational risk event is discovered.
