Position: Legal Manager
Qualification: LLB,LLM
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Location: Mumbai

Job Responsibilities :-

To manage the corporate legal support activities.
To monitor MACT, Consumer and connected litigations for assigned area.
To maintain MIS of all assignments and submitting analytical reports to senior management from time to time.
Drafting of reply of legal notices, government communication related to government insurance schemes and standardization of templates.
Should have practicing knowledge in court.
Maintaining status report for all the legal matters and co ordination with external counsels.
