Draft, review, and vet pleadings, affidavits, rejoinders, petitions, and other litigation-related documents.
Liaise with external advocates, law firms, and regulatory bodies to ensure effective case management.
Maintain and track case records, deadlines, and litigation status reports.
Provide legal opinions on disputes, regulatory issues, and compliance risks in the education industry.
Advise management on strategies for dispute resolution and alternative dispute mechanisms (ADR).
Draft and review contracts, agreements, and MoUs related to vendors, staff, and education partners.
Ensure compliance with education sector regulations, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
