Job Description
Location - Lucknow. Sr. Manager / AGM (Legal): - Offered CTC-1 lacs pm Qualification: LLB, with minimum 15 years in real estate company 1. Handling litigations (Civil/ Criminal) cases for and on behalf of the Company pertaining to Consumer Cases, RERA cases, Property disputes with Customers/ Tenants, partition, mortgages and leases etc., Injunction suits, recovery suits, Arbitration matters before the Courts/before Arbitrators & also handling cases pertaining to offences under the Negotiable Instrument Act. 2. Prepare brief notes related to court cases and interact with lawyers. 3. Draft legal notice on behalf of the Company and provide legal opinions to other departments of the Company. 4. Vetting and drafting of all types of Deeds, Agreements, Lease, MOU, JV, Consortium, Letters, Application Forms, Collaboration Agreements, Buyer Agreement, Shareholders Agreement, Trademark License Agreements, Settlement Deed, Sale Deeds, Sub-Lease Deeds, Lease Agreements, Stamps case, Mutation & exchange of land etc 5. Checking & finalization of documents related to Brochures/ Web sites/ Social Media/ ATS/ Sales dead/ Applications/ Possessions Note: Candidates working as freelancers or practicing are not to be sourced Job Type: Full-time Salary: 91,000,000.00 - 91,200,000.00 per year Benefits:
