Job Summary:
Looking for a Legal Manager role with 5+years of experience in preparing the IPR related works including legal research, drafting legal documents.
Roles & responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) portfolio including trademarks, copyrights, patents, and designs.
Draft, review, and negotiate IP-related agreements.
Handle legal documentation, contracts, and corporate compliances as required.
Key skills & specification:
Must have experience in legal drafting and litigations with IPR specialization.
A Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) is typically required.
Keep updated with changes in
IP laws, rules, and regulatory practices.
