Corporate Lawyer having expertise in agreement vetting and drafting.
Key competenciesReview of the agreements; Obtaining updates on changes in laws and carrying out impact analysis Understanding the relevant rules and regulations and including the same in the drafts Negotiating the agreement with the partners Assisting the legal function in standardizing the drafts Coordinating with the relevant stakeholders in closing the agreements Maintaining the contract management tool
