Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:



Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Provide legal advice and support to various business functions. Handle disputes, litigation, and liaise with external legal counsel when required. Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organization. Develop and implement policies to mitigate legal risks. Manage intellectual property matters, including trademarks and copyrights. Conduct legal research and ensure timely resolution of legal queries.

Additional Qualification and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory; Master's degree (LLM) is preferred. Minimum 8 years of legal experience, preferably in a corporate or commercial setting. Strong knowledge of contract law, labor law, compliance, and regulatory frameworks. Familiarity with intellectual property laws and dispute resolution mechanisms.

Pay: ?476,018.21 - ?1,681,325.16 per year
