Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Prepare & send legal notices to clients, filing of legal or civil case against debtors defaulting payments
• Coordination with Legal consultant / liasioning agencies for legal cases, disputes resolutions and preparation of contracts as per local laws.
• Drafting, vetting of legal documents, contracts such as loan agreements, lease deeds, service provider contracts, vendor agreements etc
• Engage with all functional departments in negotiating contracts and provide support in finalizing all legal contracts.
• Knowledge of all general laws related to banking, non-banking such as Indian Contract Act. Companies Act, SEBI, Arbitration Act, DRT, IBC, Stamp Act, Transfer of Property Act etc.
• Ensuring fast proceeding of arbitration and obtaining decrees from local courts based on arbitrators awards

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidate should be qualified in Law either BL or ML.
• Candidates mandatorily should have atleast 10 yrs of Legal practice. Atleast minimum 5yrs of Legal Experience in Chit company.
• Should have complete knowledge in Chit Agreement
• Attending Cases as and when cases are posted.
• Must be well versed in company rules related to Chits & Finance
• Filing of Execution Petitions in the appropriate Courts
• Making regular follow up with Opponents for settlement of the cases
• Sound Knowledge of Court proceedings.
• Preference will be given for Immediate Joiners.
