- Audit all customer related documentation such as ID proof, application, signature loan related documents etc.
- Maintain a database of all legal requirements for projects (residential, commercial and retail) and land banks; Continuously update the database and drive circulation of the same across the Organization.
- Provide timely support to Internal Departments on all legal related matters.
- Candidate Must have worked with at least 2 years
- A Qualified Law Graduate and Post Graduate
- Excellent Contract Drafting, reviewing, vetting and Negotiation skills.
- Amicable Personality to lead Contract Management and handle independent conversations with Client companies across India.
- You are a detail-oriented person and follow a stringent timeline with regards to the Delivery of your contracts.
