Legal Due Diligence of properties and tracing of title
Scrutiny of title documents and survey records and verifying the nature of land and preparation of Issue Chart
Monitoring the Compliance of Documentation (title and sanctions) for registration of RERA
Monitoring Customer Relation Management-Legal for execution and registration of agreements in respect of apartments
Drafting of Agreements for Sale, MOUs, affidavits, declarations Sale Deeds, JDAs, Assignment Agreement, Exchange Deeds, GPA, SPAs and any relevant documents regarding real estate development or procurement of lands etc.,
Issuing and replying to Notices on land related issues
Attending to Government Offices for obtaining necessary documents, NOCs, certificates etc., relating to lands
Attending to the queries raised by Bankers, customers etc., regarding title or any other issue pertaining to land
Drafting and vetting of MODT, Discharge Deeds, Declarations, Affidavits etc., relating to loan transactions
Attending to Registration works at Sub-Registrars Offices
