Navdeep Public School is looking for a Legal Liaison Officer (Gumasthan) to assist the school administration in all legal matters, including coordinating with advocates, attending to documentation, and representing the school in routine legal procedures.
This person will act as a bridge between the school and legal professionals, ensuring timely and effective handling of legal notices, property matters, RTI responses, CBSE compliance, contracts, or ongoing litigation.

Key Responsibilities
Visit courts, advocate offices, and government departments on behalf of the school.
Coordinate legal documentation, notarizations, and affidavits.
Follow up on all legal cases and compliance matters.
Liaise with school's legal counsel(s) for updates and responses.
Draft and file basic legal documents under supervision.
Maintain and archive all legal correspondences and documents.
Assist in legal compliance for education boards, RTE Act, land, labor laws, etc.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred in Law (LLB) / BA LL.B / Legal Studies / Public Administration
Prior experience working with advocates or in a legal firm (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
Familiarity with legal procedures in Kerala (especially school-related matters like affiliations, land records, RTI, notices)
Good communication and reporting skills in English and Malayalam
Must be proactive and willing to travel locally
Computer literacy and documentation skills essential
