Provide administrative assistance to attorneys and legal staff, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
Document Preparation:
Assist in the preparation, formatting, and proofreading of legal documents, correspondence, and court filings.
Client Communication:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries, relaying messages, and providing updates on case status as directed by attorneys.
Case Management:
Maintain organized case files, including electronic and physical records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of documents and information.
Calendar Management:
Manage attorney calendars, scheduling court appearances, meetings, and deadlines in accordance with case requirements.
Court Filings:
Assist with the preparation, filing, and service of legal documents with courts, administrative agencies, and opposing parties.
