Role Overview

As a

Legal Intern

, you will support our legal team in reviewing and analyzing securities and real estate documentation. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in US capital markets law, SEC regulations, and cross-border investment structures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Review Private Placement Memorandums (PPM) for regulatory compliance and completeness

2. Analyze Subscription Agreements and investor documentation

3. Support review of real estate investment agreements and property documentation

4. Conduct legal research on US securities law, SEC regulations, and real estate compliance

5. Prepare review checklists, summary memos, and compliance reports

6. Assist in maintaining document templates and legal databases

7. Coordinate with external US counsel when required

Qualifications

Required:

LLB or LLM degree (completed or final year) from a recognized Indian university Strong interest in corporate law, securities law, or real estate law Excellent written and verbal communication in English Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace Ability to work during hours that overlap with US business hours (3-4 hours overlap)

Preferred:

Enrolled or planning to enroll with State Bar Council Prior internship experience in corporate/securities law firm Basic understanding of US SEC regulations (Regulation D, Regulation A+) Familiarity with blockchain/tokenization concepts (will be trained)
