Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of public policy and a keen interest in technology and gaming regulation. This role offers hands-on exposure to policy research, regulatory analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
Job Location: Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities
Perform targeted research on gaming regulations, policy developments, case laws (e.g., PROG Act, IT Rules, state policies).
Prepare high-quality documents including policy briefs, memos, checklists, and reports for internal use and external submissions.
Initiate requests for discussions with regulators, stakeholders, or partners; manage follow-ups to ensure timely responses and progress.
Attend meetings, policy discussions, and consultations; take detailed notes, summarise outcomes, and support action item tracking.
Assist in broader policy function tasks like stakeholder mapping and basic advocacy materials.
0-2 years of experience, ideally from internships in policy research, government affairs, legal, or regulatory roles
Familiarity with Indian tech/gaming regulations is advantageous.
Required Skills:
Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities for crisp documentation.
Excellent communication for initiating discussions and follow-ups.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative settings.
