Key Responsibilities
Court Representation:
Conduct regular court visits for filings, appearances, and monitoring case status.
Drafting:
Assist in preparing legal documents including petitions, complaints, applications, affidavits, and rejoinders.
Legal Research:
Use legal databases (SCC Online, Manupatra, etc.) to prepare research memos and case briefs.
Litigation Support:
Assist senior advocates during hearings by preparing case summaries and maintaining trial bundles.
Procedural Handling:
Manage both e-filing and physical filing processes at various judicial forums.
Client Coordination:
Attend client briefings and maintain detailed case documentation.
