Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to support our legal team in research, drafting, documentation, and compliance-related tasks. This role is ideal for law students or fresh graduates who want hands-on exposure to litigation, corporate law, legal compliance, and real-world legal processes.
Key Responsibilities-
1. Legal Research
Conduct research on case laws, statutes, regulations, and legal precedents.
Prepare research notes and summaries for ongoing matters.
2. Drafting & Documentation
Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as:
Notices
Agreements and contracts
Affidavits
Petitions and applications
Legal opinions
Organize, index, and maintain case files and documentation.
3. Court & Client Assistance
(Applicable if the internship includes litigation exposure)
Attend court hearings, client meetings, and conferences when required.
Prepare briefs, case summaries, and hearing notes.
4. Compliance & Administrative Support
Support legal team in filing and maintaining legal records.
Assist with GST, company law, or tax compliance documentation (if corporate role).
Maintain internal legal databases, trackers, and deadlines.
5. Coordination
Interact with clients, associates, and internal teams for data collection and document follow-up.
Assist senior lawyers or associates in daily tasks.
Required Skills-
Strong research and analytical ability.
Good understanding of legal principles and current laws.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and email drafting.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
Qualifications-
Pursuing or completed LLB / BA LLB from a recognized institution.
Basic knowledge of civil, criminal, corporate, or taxation law (depending on the organization).
Prior internship experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Pay: ?10,010.21 - ?15,000.91 per month
