This internship offers hands-on exposure to direct tax procedures, legal drafting, research, and litigation support, enabling law students to develop strong technical and analytical skills under professional guidance.
Areas of Exposure:
Assisting in Direct Tax Litigation matters, including assessments and appeals
Drafting submissions, responses, and relevant documentation
Conducting legal and tax research
Compliance support for Direct Tax filings and procedural requirements
Case analysis and preparation of advisory notes
Chance to work with seasoned professionals and ex-EY tax practitioners on matters involving listed corporates, high-quantum litigation, and complex tax issues
