for hands-on courtroom exposure, drafting, and legal research. Freshers and law students are welcome to apply.

Key responsibilities
Assist with drafting pleadings, written statements, petitions, applications, affidavits and hearing notes.
Conduct legal research and prepare concise case briefs and citations.
Attend court and tribunal hearings with seniors and take notes.
Organize case files, compile documents, and manage deadlines.
Support client communications, filing and procedural follow-ups.
Must-have (minimum)
Law student in any year or recent law graduate.
Strong interest in litigation; willing to sit in courts and learn courtroom procedure.
Good drafting and research fundamentals; comfortable using MS Word and MS Excel.
Clear written and spoken English.
Availability for an office-based internship with periodic court visits.
Professional attitude, punctuality, and ability to work long hours when needed.
Preferred (will strengthen your application)
Internship or exposure to DRT, High Court, NCLT or real-estate litigation.
Ability to read, write and speak Marathi.
Prior moot court, internship certificates, or drafting samples.
Familiarity with legal research databases and court e-filing systems.
