Key Responsibilities:

Legal Research:
Conduct thorough legal research to support drafting, compliance, and advisory matters across various practice areas.
Regulatory Support:
Assist in filing, registrations, and documentation before government authorities, courts, and regulatory bodies.
Compliance Management:
Ensure that all legal documentation adheres to current laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
Client Support:
Collaborate with senior lawyers and associates to prepare case summaries, reports, and client communications.
Record Maintenance:
Maintain organized records, track documentation workflows, and assist in maintaining the firm's knowledge repository.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Completed
LL.B.
or
equivalent law degree
from a recognized university.
Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple assignments.
Proficient in MS Office and legal research databases.
