Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Intern to support our legal and compliance functions. This internship offers hands-on exposure to e-commerce laws, consumer protection regulations, and marketplace compliance, making it ideal for law students or recent graduates seeking practical corporate legal experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in reviewing compliance with Indian e-commerce regulations, Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, IT Act, and marketplace policies. Support drafting and reviewing basic legal documents such as NDAs, vendor agreements, SLAs, and internal policies. Help monitor product listing compliance, seller onboarding requirements, invoicing policies, and marketplace operational standards. Assist in consumer protection activities including returns/refund policies, grievance handling, and dispute documentation. Track regulatory updates and prepare summaries for internal teams. Maintain legal records, documentation, and compliance checklists. Coordinate with internal departments for compliance-related tasks. Support basic legal correspondence and follow-ups under supervision.

Eligibility / Requirements:

Pursuing or recently completed LLB (3-year / 5-year course). Basic understanding of Indian e-commerce laws and consumer protection rules (preferred). Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment.
