Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our team in Bengaluru. This
internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic legal environment.
The intern will assist our legal team with various tasks, including legal research, document review,
and drafting. This role is ideal for a final-year law student or recent law graduate looking to build a
strong foundation.

Responsibilities:

Assist in legal research and analysis on various legal issues. Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence. Review and analyse Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Compile relevant information for documentation. Maintain and organize legal files and documents and work on contract management tools. Assist with administrative tasks related to legal work. Support the legal team with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Work with and understand the Indian Contract Act 1872.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Final-year student pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), or a recent law graduate. Strong understanding of legal principles and concepts, particularly the Indian Contract Act 1872. Ability to review and understand NDAs. Excellent research and analytical skills. Strong drafting and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to maintain confidentiality.
