Job Title:

Legal Intern

About Role:

We are seeking a Legal Intern to support our legal operations team. The role will focus on maintaining legal documentation with strong use of Excel.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and update

contract and compliance trackers

using Excel. Assist in

reviewing and organizing contracts, NDAs, and legal agreements

. Help prepare and maintain

legal documentation and process records

.

Requirements:

Proficiency in

MS Excel

(basic to intermediate level). Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
